I learned that living on my own is hard as far as money goes, and i thought that having someone there to talk to would make me feel better, but i learned that my friends have their own lives and their own stresses, and living with their problems isn't something i'm willing to do!
My old roomie says that i was just looking for someone to take half my bills and i didn't care about our friendship. And honestly she can think whatever she wants to think. But the truth is that i just got sick and tired of all of her anoying habits and the fact that she couldn't handle keeping a job for longer than i month and a half.
I had to pay alot of the bills on time while she waited for her money. In real life, no one would do that for you and my close friends and family all told me i shouldn't put up with it! Even my old roommate who left me about a year ago supported me in this whole fight. And looking back i honestly believe that she had every reason to leave and i'm glad her and i can still be friends. But i know that will not happen in this latest case.
She insulted my home, my boyfriend, and my way of living.
LESSON LEARNED: Friends are there for you, and you should alway be there for them....
but at a distance. Once their problems become part of your world, they become YOUR problem!
